Fender rolling is pretty simple. Like people have done it with a baseball bat and heat gun before easy..

Most likely. Usually it comes in waves. People move on to a different platform, new people come in and replace them, but that hasn't happened in a while.

Low 12's for WOT isn't rich. 10.5:1 and lower is rich. (My WOT Target a/f for the SSEi is 11.4:1 with 20* and ~9psi, same for the 9000 which is pushing 20+ at 10*) His cruise a/f sounds decent, but he should be in the mid-high 11's for WOT, especially if he's physically pulling 15* at 20psi.
